Question about Jandy Aqualink - Rs24 One Touch Pool / Spa Combination Control System
Spa is heating just fine, but pool heat is only "enabled" not "on". Can you heat both at once?
Are these separate bodies of water? Or is there some kind of equalizer? Like a spillway or a pipe between the two sharing water, if needed?
if separate, and they are sharing the heater, then in most cases, no.
if there is an equalizer, enable or allow that to operate. Turn on the spillover, or remove the plug at equalizer line or whatever method there is for your specific install. Then as the pool is heating, with water spilling into pool, that means your heated pool water is partially returning to spa. But... Unless you want pool to be at same 'Spa' temperatures, this may not be what you are looking for. Separate heaters (separate equipment) is the ultimate answer, to accommodate.
