Unfortunatly this requires a software update, or "flash" of the phone. You need to call nokia technical support.

My dash camera is not starting up!!.. i cleared the storage on my phone and am still facing the same problem

Do you mean there's like a window that pops up saying the camera won't start unless you close some tasks?
Have you tried rebooting your phone? My phone did that all the time and whenever I rebooted it it would work again.

Blackberry curve camera sucks

Try a battery pull maybe? If this doesn't work then maybe reinstall your phone software. Good Luck!

My camera freezes up my phone when i try to open it on blackberry 8320

This is a camera chip module problem OR camera software problem. First, try to reset your phone to factory defaults. If that doesn't help, have your phone's ROM reflashed. If that doesn't help. Your phone's camera chip is probably busted. You can have it fixed, not cheap though... if your phone is still under warranty, better phone your carrier or blackberry for warranty claim

do a reset on the phone take out the batery and put it back in, if you have already doen that and it doesnt work still i would reset the settings byy goign into security options in your settigns tab and to reset settings to factory settings. but put all your pics, rigntones and contacts saved on your computer first. do you have a memory card? if you get one this could fix the issue as well
