RV pilot light goes out

I turn on the rv furnace and it will start but it will go off. After about the 3rd or 4th time turning the thermostat on and off it will stay on for a longer period of time before it goes off again and blows cold air. What can I do?

Replace the thermocouple/flame sensor and make sure the flue/exhaust is clear and not getting wind gusts in it blowing out the flame.

FURNACE WON'T TURN ON: I have a 1999 Fleetwood, Prowler RV. The furnace won't turn on.

Check the exhaust port of the furnace. Wasps like to build nests in there and it will not allow the furnace to ignite if blocked. You have a gas detector and it is turned on I assume? I forgot this many times.

It is getting cold can you tell me how do i work the furnace part of my duo therm dometic air system

I hope this doesn,t sound patronising but i have seen people turn the themostat down to make the furnace come on obviously the thermostat has to be turned up to set for a higher tempreture , after a small time delay, should then light up.

Gas is going to cooking stove in camper. Stove lights. But can't get pilot to light for hot water heater. Don't smell gas coming to pilot area. Furnace is not turning on, but worked fine when...

Chances are good that the thermocouple is bad. It is a small probe that the pilot light keep hot. Take it out and get one at HDepot or at a RV store.

Furnace will not start. a/c seems to work ok. i

HI; I need more info. How old is the equipment. name brand of equipment. Also to answer Your question ...Yes the tstat wire goes into the furnace to make several connections then a seperate cable(brown) will follow Your freon lines out to the condensor. Also try removing the cover and have a good light. Get someone to turn on heat at tstat and watch for clicking sound.Sounds like You have a spark assist pilot system. When the sparking starts the pilot light should come on. Then once the pilot sensor feels the heat comming from pilot light it will allow the gas valve to come on...BE CAREFULL...I ASSUME NO RESPONSABILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS...alpharome416 PS.usually there is nothing to worry about just keep Your space to begin with ok.
