Question about Computers & Internet
first off i would suggest making sure that the drivers are actually missing or they can be there just not installed, if you go to device manager right click on your sound device and where it says remove click on it and hit next it will ask you if you are sure you want to remove this device say yes than press yes than once it returns back to the device manager page click on action and than press scan for hardware change and it will start to reinstall the device and the drivers for you when finished it will tell you that your device is ready for use than just go to sounds and go from there ok please let me know how this is going for you there is more we can do if needed
best regards mike

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
