Kodak Easy Share Digital Display Software will not show all the photo's in the directory. It will show photo 7 (skipping 1-6) then jump to photo 9, then show maybe 10 in a row and skip a few more. I have the Picasa open right next to the Kodak software so I know the photos are in the directory.

Re: Will Not View All Pictures In Photo Directory
Take the camera and tag the pictures and select all of them and tag/ favorite and protect and tag some more directories you can create. That will delay transfering the pictures but all of them will transfer to files.

not sure what you want to say if you dont want the movie icons ending up on your screen of the frame out them all in a different directory and only have the images you want to view on the stick
the frame should only view what is directly on the stick and not what is in any directory.
Try these steps:
1. Insert the card. 2. Tap on MENU. 3. Select PICTURES and tap on OK. 4. Highlight SD/MMC and hit OK. 5. Once you see the thumbnails of the pictures, tap on MENU again. 6. Scroll down to MULTI-SELECT and hit OK. 7. Tap on MENU and scroll down to SELECT ALL and hit OK. 8. Tap on MENU and scroll down to COPY and hit OK. 9. Highlight INTERNAL MEMORY and hit on OK.
Because a digital photo frame's display ratio doesn't always match the original picture ratio, some pictures cannot be displayed in a satisfactory manner. For example they may be rendered too small, with black borders, or they may be automatically zoomed-in and randomly cropped.
With a computer, this issue can be resolved by using generic photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop, or specialized software like DPF Manager, Digital Frame Master or FrameSize, to properly crop the pictures before transferring them to the digital frame. Without a computer, there is no other option but manually deleting incompatible pictures by using frame's built-in functions.
Also, check the settings and try the "Fit to Screen" but, with some models the width of each landscape image is stretched to
achieve an aspect ratio of 16:9, which results in noticeable distortion.
Had the same problem with mine. It happens when trying to display portrait, or vertical, pictures. I don't think there's a way to prevent it other than to display only landscape, or horizontal, pictures.
1. Press MENU whenever pictures/videos are displayed (slide show, video, single picture).
2. Press ARROWS to highlight Select all, then press OK.
A confirmation screen appears, then your picture display reappears. A check mark is displayed on all pictures/videos in your current location.
3. To remove all check marks, press MENU, highlight Select / Unselect all and press OK.
4. Highlight Unselect all and press OK.

I just called the company because I have one as well. They told me that in the case of my photo frame I cannot transfer them from a pc. I need to buy a usb storage device or other devices to keep the pictures. That needs to be on the photo frame to view pictures. I am not happy with this since they should have told us that it would cost more money. I will never buy Philips again!
I had the same problem. I use kodak easyshare software and load my pics on to that. Then put all the pics you want in the picture tray. Have your frame plugged into the computer with your usb cord. Then go up to File menu and drop down to "copy to". On my computer it is Folder "E" which is the drive the frame is connected to. Then pick from the Resize drop down menu " best for picture frame', then click copy. You will see the program loading all the pics to E drive. When done, unplug usb cord and you will see it loading on your pic frame. As easy as this is to do, I found it frustrating as well, but when it works, it is easy. Hope this helps
