Question about GE Bluetooth In-ear Headset Wireless Headset
I have a GE 21518 Bluetooth Telephone adapter. If there is a call to my home phone directly, the Caller ID on tv works, but if there is a call to my cell phone when it is paired to the system, nothing appears on caller id on tv
Caller ID is only sent to devices plugged directly into the "PHONE" jack on the back of the 21518. I'm guessing your TV DVR or Cable Box is connected directly to the real phone line. Maybe you need an RJ-11 splitter so you can plug both your phone AND the cable box in to the "PHONE" output of the 21518. I appologize if you've already tried this.

First off what company do you use for your home phone and who do you use for your cell phone. I don't believe that you should be seeing caller ID on your tv from your cell phone. That is not what the bluetooth does.
