Re: player wont load screen pic when turned on
Sounds to me like the firmware file has been corrupted, the included
software for your player (MP3 utilities) should have a program called
mp3 upgrade tool, which is used to load the firmware file to the player.

Try THIS program you will need WinRAR to extract the file get it HERE (select the first one on the list) Once extracted run the file, select ADD, choose your input and output locations, sunplus AVI, 320x240 resolution, preserve aspect ratio, hit convert, this will take a while, but once complete just drag the converted file into the VIDEO folder. hope this helps dont forget to rate
It may just be that your battery is totally run down, when this happens to me I have to charge it for about an hour before it turns on and the computer is able to read its drive, as for the headphone jack im not sure, try using a different set of phones and a different USB cable to charge it up alot of times the included accessories with these cheap players are faulty.

No not yet.The device look like they can have more games on it but the company has not look into allowing more games or new one on there. Only I have seen is new games are on there on new products and next year products. I don't know how to contact them to make a website that we can download game from for these devices.I like summit improvement on these products because I love mine it work good for the price I got mine for.I got the Touch Screen pmp 8308 Missil Mp4 player that looks like an i nano pod for only $80 canadian dollar. It has similar feature but not quite the same But for the price you can't beat what come with it.
I have no Problem with mine. Just read the manual and play around with it. Mine fast forward and rewind @ 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, and 32x time the speed. I have no problem putting in folders in the record folder with the manufactured software it cam with. I even can hold up to 12 movies on it. The Micro sd slot holds up to 8 gb making this mp4 player a 16 gb player. All I can say play around with it more. A problem is the touch screen can be too sensitive but that is a miner problem for me. I just softly touch the screen. It can pause and stop. Hold three second to make it stop. tap fast forward to go to the next videos or movie in folder. If hold for three second the fast forward or the rewind you get the time speeds each time you hold for three second. To me it is a Good Mp4 and Mp3 player for the price I paid. With the micro sd in it making it 16 gb, I can hold 12 movies, 8,000 songs, 700 pictures, and have 9 text in the ebook: This is what I have on Mine. Just learn more by playing around more with it.
I used real player to get songs on my missil sd-2415 MP4 player. You need to use the driver disk it came with to get it to work. Once you've used the driver you should be able to just plug your player into the computer via the USB cord, open real player Version 11, compatible with Windows XP, although the driver says win 98, it worked fine with my Windows Xp. Nothing really comes up once thr driver has been downloaded, so don't get confused, just follow the driver install wizard and it should be fine. Then on Real player just click on removable disk or player not sure of the exact wording but it's removable somthing the just drag and drop or click to move music from your playlist onto the player. I had to fiddle around with this player a bit because the instructions are VERY LIMITED! that's putting it mildy but hey it is what it is. This little player is quite neat once you figure out it's little quirks! Good luck!
