Question about HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Once I started the installation for my printer, everything seemed fine. I restarted (like it told me to) and when I came back the installation was at 96% and was about to finish, when it came up with this:
"The program has encountered an unexpected error.: ?"
That's all it said. The only thing I did different in teh setup was I didn't connect the phone line. I'm not going to fax with this printer, so I didn't think I'd need to. I did the setup exactly the same in every way except for that. How can I fix this? This error box keeps up popping without end.
Remove printer from in "Device Manager" and start over...nothing easier than this will resolve your problem.
