Take a size 10 Envelope fold it so that it should become like a thin long strip........ Now Insert that Envelope on the left side corner of the Printers Paper Feed Tray and move it from right to left and left to right as fast as u can for about 10 times.......... Now Insert the Ordinary Papers onto the Printer and insert both the catridges and Turn on the Printer............Now Try to Print......
Good Luck

Printer states System Error Clear paper jam but no paper is there

If you did have a jam and did not get ALL the jammed sheet out, there is still a small piece of paper in there somewhere, probably covering a sensor or micro switch. Get a torch and look carefully. If youu don't find anything you may need to disassemble the printer to find it.

No paper

give one paper per feed and try.

it must detect the paper.

if the paper is getting pulled in one side it must be OK with sensor.

just a proper cleaning work may be required

Paper pulling

Be sure your paper guides are tight against the paper. If so, then clean the feed wheels with a damp cloth (just water). If this helps temporarily, you might need to replace the feed wheels.

Paper wont feed propaly

Something probably fell into that tiny pinch of an area where the paper goes. I have found everything from a Tostito crumb to a chip of drywall blocking my paper feed. Flip your machine over, poke it if you have to, and shake it around til the little bugger falls out.

Problems with scanning and printing

You have a very tiny paper jam that you have missed. You need to use a torch and tweezers and get right inside and look thoroughly and down behind in paper feed area. You will find a very small piece of paper somewhere broken off and jammed or a foreign object. Your scanning problem could be corrupted driver. Go to manufacturers site and download updated driver for your model. Uninstall printer completely before reinstalling new driver. Good luck
