HHmmmm. many possible causes of that sir. the Developer reach the copy limit. the corona wire is cut off. the high voltage maybe filled with toner need to clean that. or the exposure lamp is busted. Good luck in hunting Sir.
Do not go very far yet, the problem is with the toner so I recommend you do what the machine says before looking somewhere else. replace with correct toner. If you have a friend with the similar machine which is working properly try and get their toner put in your machine if it works buy similar toner if does not then it is the machine. You can also try your unrecognized tone in another machine see the results. The problem is just toner and the sensors in your machine.
Before installing a new toner, put a disposable towel over the ink toner exit, and shake your toner lightly back and forth and up and down. Make sure your toner cartridge is in the open position before replacing it in your printer.
If you are using a refillable ink cartridge, make sure you are resetting the cartridge using the method described by the refillable manufacturer.

If you are using the Toshiba supplied toner cartridge then properly changing the cartridge should automatically cause the unit to reset. If not, try turning the copier off, unplug it from the wall for 3 minutes then plug it back in and turn it on.
It needs a toner gear. There is a worm gear that drives a gear that drives the toner cartridge. An easy way to check, is to cheat the front door swith, and as it is running without the cartridge in, stick a pencil in where the gear is spinning. If it stops easily, the gear is probably worn out. Parts are getting hard to find for that model though.
After replacing the toner cartridge you did remove the plastic strip that holds the toner in place?? If you did, on the control panel is a little sunken black button. Just take a pen or then object and hold the button down until the light goes off. This can take up to ten minutes to go off.
