My sansa wouldn't work

The device needs 6MB free for each GB of music.

Delete about 10 or 15 songs and you should be all set.

Best of Luck.

Getting messgae Not enough space for MusicDB. Please free 6MB

If it wont connect to the PC, you need to put it into recovery mode and format it with the recovery tool from SanDisk. Run the recovery tool from the SanDisk website. Make sure you select "format" when prompted. http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/Downloads/firmware/e200fw01.00.12.exe You need to put the device into "recovery mode" before you run the tool. - Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds) - Slide the hold switch into "hold" position. - Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the "record" button until you see the "new hardware found" on your computer. Then run the recovery tool. Select format when prompted. Best of Luck.

My sansa is messed up

It is referring to the "database", or the menus on the device. (i.e. - songs titles, music, artists) It needs at least 6MB of free space on the device to create this. If you freed up what you think is 6MB, it may not be enough. Even though you have a 2GB player, there is only 1.85 of usable space on it. So try deleting some more tracks. If not, format the device and start over. Right click on the device in My Computer and select format. Best of Luck.

HELP :'[

This is a known issue using this player with Windows Vista (you can thank Microsoft's quality for that) However if you are using Windows XP there is a known issue with the Rhapsody 4.0 software, see this article on SanDisk's web-site www.customernation.com/pls/ps/ps_ui.css_page?p_host=304&p_ebox_hdr_url=/pls/ps/ps.page_title^p_host=304~p_supplier=5096~p_parm=PSHFAQ~p_subcategory=1772~p_product=16125~p_citizen=~p_lang=en&p_ebox_tabs_url=/pls/ps/ps_psh.tabs^p_host=304~p_supplier=5096~p_parm=PSHFAQ~p_subcategory=1772~p_product=16125~p_citizen=~p_lang=en&p_ebox_lang_url=/pls/ps/ps_ebox_search.language_selector^p_supplier=5096~p_host=304~p_parm=PSHFAQ~p_subcategory=1772~p_product=16125~p_citizen=~p_lang=en&p_ebox_page_url=/pls/ps/ps_faqdb.view_faq^p_host=304~p_supplier=5096~p_parm=PSHFAQ~p_lang=en~p_subcategory=1772~p_product=16125~p_faq_id=9507&p_ebox_page_type=PreMain&p_pkg=ps_ebox_stuff&p_proc=view_one_graphic&p_page_name=PSHFAQ&p_citizen=&p_lang=en&p_show_privacy=TRUE
