Plug in your mp3 player and remove any music or what ever you have on it then open explorer and click on tools and then folder options and then view click on don't show hidden files hit okay... Then check your mp3 player for a USB mode make it mtp or msc...Mtp makes it a mp3 player Msc makes it a disk drive it doesn't matter which now start Dragging and dropping your music in to your mp3 player.................When you put files which are hidden in the player the can't be seen by the player

I had jxd in it songs are not playing i copied songs in jxd in audio file songs r appearing in jxd but not playing i pressed play button "file type error" coming why

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

What does it mean when the player says bad track for your songs?

this means that the player cannot play the selected file or song. it might be due to a bad conversion or the player not being able to recognize your song's format.
also, it could be that you disconnected it from your pc before the file was completely copied and as a result the file was not properly copied and that makes it more of an invalid file.
you could try re-converting the file or downloading a fresh copy and see if it does the same thing for the song
hope this helped you? please rate

How to use it

dear sir,

kindly connect the device to p.c with a data cable and your device will be detected in a couple of seconds....once the device is being detected in the removable device list, double click to open it and you will find a folder named music(if you dont find, then create a new folder and title as music.....)

copy few music files and put in that folder from p.c to that folder....

now disconnect from p.c and turn on ur player and now you can see the songs you have copied to ur player and press the play button to play the songs....

thank you...take care...

First check that the copied files exist on the mp3 ? If yes then try copying the files in the root directory. Ehtesham.

HELP!!!

The songs that you are syncing may not be in the right format for this particular Mp3 player. Where did you get the songs?
Q: What type of files can I play?
A: Mp3 and WMA files. DRM protected WMA files, such as those purchased from many online music services, must be copied to the player via Windows Media Player or the music management software compatible with your online music store.

The player does not support AAC file playback.
(i.e: iTunes will not work)
