Need to charge battery but no indication of the voltage on the battery
You need to remove the black rubber cap from the center of the wheel. Remove the "C" clip from the axle and the wheel should come off. The rear tires will have a square key in it. Do not loose the key.

MAKE SURE YOU DIDNT HOOK THE WIRES UP BY MISTAKE. I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN MORE THAN YOU WOULD THINK.IT OVER LOADS THE CHARGING SYSTEM AND SHORTS IT OUT

as far as i know, there is no diagram available for the cable replacement. it is covered briefly in the owner's manual, but the best way to do it is to study carefully how the old one is routed, and replace a step at a time
