Ok, First scroll up until u see like and equalizer. It'll have 4 bars and 2 bars are up, and 2 are down. click the right button. then Move down 4, then click the right button. And from there your able to get the languages.
i got one off ebay just a few fays ago and the language was stuck in chinese, so after just testing the MP34 i found out how to change the langauge into English.
Click into the 'two rotating items',
Then, go down to the 4th settings, i.e 04/11. This is Languages.
After entering that, click into the 2nd option. i.e 02/25. This is English settings.
And hopefully it should be done.
To reset the language displayed on a ZEN player to English, change the language back to English or run Cleanup from the player.

the player is a flash based player, such as a ZEN Nano, ZEN Nano Plus
or MuVo, the language can be reset by manually changing the language or
updating the firmware. To manually change the language:
Press the scroll wheel to access the main menu.
Scroll to the Settings option (the icon looks like a gear).
Scroll to the Language option (the icon looks like a pearson speaking).
