What Make, Model is the printer? Is it wireless? Do you have a Home Network? There are ways to setup a wired printer on a home network, if you have the printer connected to another computer on your Home Network.

SOURCE: dell latitude d600 doesn't turn on

The test Dell advises to narrow down this issue is to remove the battery, hard drive, ram, and optical drive.  Next plug in the a/c power cord and you should get some LED's coming on. If not it points to the motherboard.

The flickering may not be caused by a corrupt driver, it could be the impending failure of the fluorescent back light of the display or its high voltage supply.

Trying driver replacement though is the first thing to try.
If the original driver is corrupt, you can try the following;

- Right-click on My Computer
- Left-click on Properties
- Click on Hardware tab
- Click on Device Manager
- Locate and open Display Adaptors
- Locate the video listing for your
- Highlight and delete this
- Reboot the computer

If Windows does what it should (no guarantee on this!), it will 'find' a 'new device' and install the driver for it.

I have a Dell latitude D600 laptop

The D600 has no TV out option, the only Output for visual display is the monitor VGA port.

You would need a converter for the normal VGA to DVI Cable.
