Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I have one person calling and harrassing me everyday. The calls are ongoing and this person will call 8 to ten times and say nothing or mumble something that no one can understand. I have a Motorola RAZR V3. Is there anyway that I can block this number? Thank you.
I post them in my address book as "spam01", spam02...you get the idea. Then I assign them to a group called, you guessed it, spam. Lastly, I assign all the members of eh spam group, the quietest, un-noticeable ring tone on my phone. If I even hear it, I ignore them and don't answer.

You can report the number to the authorities, or
Yes, sort of: go to Settings->Security->Enter lock code here if you've created one(otherwise ignore this step)->Limit Use->Restrict Incoming Calls
From this step, you'll have to choose to restrict incoming calls from anyone NOT in your Contacts <Except Contacts>. You'll still get the voicemails and notifications of who called, but unwanted callers will go right to voicemail and you can call them back whenever you are ready.

Yes, there is a way out from this. It sometimes does happen that you receive a call from an unknown number and that caller starts harassing you. In that case, you can use Cell phone number lookup feature that identifies the spam caller. You may then ignore or even block those calls. You don't need to face trouble just make use of this service.

I think we can be against this kind of harrassment. So I would recommend an app called LEO Privacy. It can help you add the disgusting phone numbers to blacklist to stop spam and harrassing phone calls from bad guys.
