Question about RCA M4208 MP3 Player
I very upset because I don't have the proof of purchase, I think we registered it but unsure.
It was working fine, and we decided to update it.. I mean why not? And that's what killed it, so frustrating! About 1/4 the way thru the updater CRASHED and the screen went black.
When we plug it into the computer it does the 'dling' sound letting us know it's been plugged in, but it does not recognize it at all.
If we hold the menu button down to reset it, it will do the 'dling' like it's been unplugged, and when w release the button again the 'dling' that it's plugged in again.
Still black screen like it's off, and not recognizing it at all.
Don't update it,that happened to me before, trust me it will not work.i have no clue y but your best bet is to get a new one and don't try it again.
