the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Transfer a mp3 disc on to my computer

Put the disc into the disc drive on your computer. Then click start and then right click my computer. You should now be able to see an icon with your mp3 disc. Right click and then click open.....

You can then drag the MP3 flies/tracks on to your hard drive. (best to make up a folder on your hard drive first to store the mp3 files)

Download onto mp3 player

You may first want to check to see if your player came with software that can aid in this process. You'll also need to know what formats of media your player accepts. For these purposes, we'll assume your player accepts mp3 format media and connects to your PC via USB.

1. Connect the device to a USB connection on your computer.
2. If you're using Windows, your computer should automatically detect the device, probably showing it as a removable hard disk.
3. Double-click the removable USB device that your computer now sees and here you will have to browse to see where your player will accept the media; likely, right here will work.
4. Now, just copy & paste mp3 files from your pc to your media player/removable USB device.
5. When done, safely remove the player from the computer.

Windows Media Player not responding

go to microsoft.com and download the set up for your version of media player. Uninstall the one you have now and then reinstall from the set up you have downloaded. I would also recomend you down load the k-lite codec pack to beef up your WMP install.....goodluck.

Picture package problem

I just managed to fix this exact problem. First I went to my Control Panel and into Add or Remove Programs and scrolled down to Picture Package. Then expanding that, I clicked for support info which gave me the programs version number.

Next I went to http://www.ppackage.com/e/download.html#dl and downloaded the Picture Package Menu updater beside the appropriate version number and it started working immediately. Hope this helps.
