Question about Microsoft MS Windows XP Professional SP2
You can convert from fat to ntfs. cant go back unless you format the device

The convertion from ntfs to fat32 will result in loss of all data in the drive (all data from desktop,my documents, installed programmes.......). You can do this using your windows disc . Just set the primary boot device to be cd-rom in the bios,boot with windows cd in drive,then the installation will guide you to the insallation of a fresh copy of windows (there you can select the required file system).it is recomended to continue with ntfs
