Possible TDK SA-60 problems

I've been using TDK SA-60's since the SA-X's got "dropped", and
a recent batch has pretty severe wow and flutter problems. The shell
is binding.
Anybody else noticed anything like this? I thought I was
gonna have to take the machine in. Made for a couple
of tense evenings...
Bought some SM-X's. Problem solved.

I had the same probelm with the TDK tapes a couple of years ago. I gave up
and went 100% Maxell. I like the sound of the TDK when it's a good batch,
but apparently TDK's quality control isn't too swift.
