Question about HP PSC 750 All-In-One InkJet Printer
On my officejet 5510, I decided that the printer was toast and decided to throw it out and buy a new one. After making that decision, I decided to pound on top of it it a few times. Guess what??? You guessed it.....it reset itself and started back working. That was about 6 weeks ago and I haven't had a problem since. I have since turned it off and on many times, and it works like a charm. GO FIGURE!! (I only recommend this to those who have given up and are planning to trash it anyway).

Make sur u r not using refilled carts...
Cleaning the copper contacts on the carts as well as the copper contacts inside the cartridge carrier..
And install the carts thru the HP software..this might fix..or the carts are defective

I've never encountered a problem like yours on the HP78 cartridge or even the HP15. Have you tried cleaning the cartridge as well as the printer pin? The only time we had this problem with one of our customers, we cleaned the cartridge and the printer pins and the problem was gone. Let me know if this helps.
