Question about Samsung HP-R4252 42 in. Plasma HDTV
With the TV plugged in and everything else working and hooked up correctly, the TV won't power up.. It just sits there and clicks, every 10 seconds or so.
The clicks mean the tv is under protective mode and one or more faulty parts are preventing it from switching on. in such case proceed by elimination, i.e unplug connections from the power supply until the clicking stops. if it keeps on clicking after every output stage has been disconnected and voltage tested, this will comfirm a faulty power supply.
