Picture blurry, now doesnt turn on. a circuit board sparks under middle lamp.

as my experience, the most possible reason should be the color wheel or its photo sensor board.

firstly try to clean its photo sensor board, or have to replace a new wheel.

Being a practical technician I would assist you technicaly.
Please find G-Board in your TV and replace IC1502 & IC1506 (STK392-150)
Before replacement of above said ICs, check follwoing Fuses (PS1501-1502-1503-1504-1505 & 1506) all are 2A rating. If you have VOM (Volt Meter) then confirm +15Volt & -15Volt supply on G board. If you need further help, I can provide with pictures of related circuit portion.

You may have damaged the convergence board

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

In some models of LCD TVS; the backlight inverter and its T'Con board will be a part of the panel itself, and will be a built-in type inside the LCD panel. If so, they can't be replaced. In this case; a panel replacement is the only repair. For some other models, the backlight inverter section circuit will be a part of the main power supply regulator [SMPS]. To such sets, the power supply section circuit too should trouble shoot. Contact any service technician. The circuit will differ with models and versions.
If the back-light is provided with CCFL lamps [not LED}; replace the CCFL lamps.

The repair man doesnt know RCA 's very well. The 3 x then out power led is the classic sign of the flyback and cp150 needing to be replaced. You need the flyback # 259296 and the CP150 you can get the flyback and cp150 at the following link with free step by step instructions with pictures on how to do the repair. Its very easy. The ccd block is starting to fail. Thats the chip thats the eye of the camcorder at the back of the lense assy. Its mounted on a small circuit board. You can find the chip at parts.com. Its just a matter of dissassembling the camcorder and removing the chip from the board and soldering another onto it taking care not to over heat the chip. You do need good soldering skills.

The center circuit board is the green CRT drive circuit. that board could be bad or the green CRT could be faulty. I have access to both those parts for your model

it will still be the lamp ,it took a spark its been damaged it will cause all the lines in the tv it has nothing to do with the circuit board

On the middle circuit board towards rear is a metal wavy plate.On the back side(actually towards screen when looking from rear of unit),the middle screw has a ground wire(light brown) that is loose.

contrast full, brightness, tint, color, in the middle, then adjust sharpness for what suits your eyes, you may turn brightness and color below middle.
