Question about Lexmark JetPrinter Z65n InkJet
My Lexmark Z65N stopped working. The middle green light keeps blinking. I get a message that it is not communicating with my computer. I have 2 of the same printers, I hooked both of them up and the same thing happens with the both of them. Of course I connected them one at a time. Can anyone help me?
Did you change anything with your computer? Operating system? Service Pack?
If you have two Z65n's and they're both behaving in the same way, there's clearly something happening with the communications coming from the computer.
Those printers have been around for quite awhile. I doubt there are many still in service.
If you have changed something on the computer, you might want to try downloading the most recent driver for your configuration at www.lexmark.com.
