Check ISP isn't blocking SMTP traffic other than on their own server.

Provide more details in order to get correct solution .

Are you facing this error in outlook .

Problem 554 says that the email has been rejected by the mail server. probably because it thinks the Email as spam. if you attached a file to the messege' changing the extension of the file, like using WINZIP or WINRAR to change the format and re-attaching the file in its compressed version might help

Greetings,
this is a server rejected recipient error message for Outlook/ outlook express. mainly if this is a correct email address that you were trying to send the email on then you need to check for the configuration settings for Outlook express.
Goto Outlook express- higlight mail tab- select the user a/c- click properties on right- goto server tab check that server is
incoming: pop3.eastern.com.ph
outgoing: smtp.eastern.com.ph
click save

We cannot send any E mails out


-make sure you have your internet connection established.try surfing a website first.
-firewalls usually interfere with email activity especially if you use microsoft outlook.try disabling it first and send an email.if it works you need to reconfigure your firewall
-try filling up all the necessary boxes (title, email address, body of text). your email server might be a little too sensitive when it comes to these.

G'day,

All of the documentation on the westnet.com.au site shows that your "Outgoing mail server" should be set to "mail.westnet.com.au", not "mail.wn.com.au". Please check both of your accounts in Windows Live.

If this doesn't fix your proble, could you please repost the settings for your two accounts so that I can compare them?
