You need replace what in bread machine parlance is called a "pan assembly" You could try replacing the stem seal etc. but I don't recommend that. There are several places on the internet where you can find pan assemblies. I may have the one that you need but I would need to know the make and model #. You can reach me at breadmachineshelp.com
Remove the rubber washer at the bottom of the pan, split the washer in two halves and glue a #31 O-ring to the bottom half of the old washer. Push it over the post and you might even glue it to the bottom of the pan, then glue the top half of the washer to the top of the O-ring. It worked for me.
Hi, The black spots are the lubrication oil that is leaking from the sealed bearing. There is no kit to fix this, You will need a new bread pan. Check out ebay or Amazon. Hopefully you will find one at a reasonable cost. Hank
Remove the rubber washer that fits around the center post, split it into the two halves and glue a #31 O-ring (9/16ODx5/16IDx1/8) to the bottom washer. This worked on my pan on a TR2828 and are no longer available. It worked for mne so far.
