IN THE BACK OF THE ROUTER IS A TINY PIN HOLE. TAKE A BALL POINT PEN AND GENTLY POKE THE PEN INTO THE HOLE AND YOU WILL FEEL A TINY BUTTON DEPRESS..HOLD FOR ABOUT 20 SECONDS AND IT WILL CLEAR YOUR PASSWORD. THEN OPEN YOUR INTERNET BROWSER AND TYPE 192.168.2.1. A LOGIN BOX WILL OPEN AND TYPE ADMIN IN THE USER BOX AND LEAVE PASSWORD BOX CLEAR. THEN YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE INSIDE OF YOUR ROUTER IN ORDER TO CREATE NEW PASSWORD. THIS WILL ONLY WORD IF THE COMPUTER YOUR ARE ACCESSING WITH IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE ROUTER...NOT WIRELESS. IF YOU GET A SNAG IN THESE DIRECTIONS; GOOGLE FOR YOUR QUESTIONS...
