you can't just send mms using internet connection. you need to set the mms setting first. you should ask your cellphone network service provider for the mms setting

HI jcosby007 Ok you need to get to the menu settings on the phone. Power cycling really doesn't help you in this case. Once you get to mms settings you need to hit the options. In the options it should give you a viewing options for your messages. You need to set it to time and make sure it doesn't say contacts. Also make sure that the phone isn't block by att from recieving mms txts. those are picture messages. Hope this help

I suppose you havenot got the MMs settings from your service provider.

Please call your service provider and ask for the settings. When they send it please save it to your phoneand make it as a default settings so that your phone uses this setting when you send MMS.

In settings there is an option called as ALLOW MMS RECEPTION, please put this to ON,

To go to Allow MMS RECEPTION option follow the steps

Menu----->message----->message settings----->MMS setting------>allow MMS reception

Now you can use MMS

Yes, if don't have any mms settings or mms profile set, you can't send/recieve MMS.

To get the settings contact your service provider.
They will send you a push message or will manually dictate you the settings.

You need to get the Settings for Internet/Wap and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website. The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks.
You don't need to go into setting it up manually yourself, it's all automated.

normally when u get a phone, service providers setting by default you should be able to send received mms. how ever some cases it my be turned off by ur provider. call them make should they to have mms feature added in ur account and u should be able to send receive mms.

hi there only your service provider can give you the settings of your MMS and GPRS. call your service provider and tell them that you want a settings of MMS and GPRS and they'll send you the setting then save. now you can send and recieve pic. via MMS and can download fav. pics. and tones via GPRS. ok!
