Does your machine fill with water even if the machine is off? In this case your inlet valve at top of machine is defective & can be easily replaced by yourself. Ask your dealer for the part quoting your model number.

If water does not stop, after filling machine at a low level and is flowing away - check your exit pipe, it has to have a certain height (approx 3 feet) up before going down to your drain pipe.

Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Damaged or restricted fuel tank venting system.
2. Loose float bowl screws.
3. Damaged float bowl o-ring.
4. improper fuel level in the float bowl.
5. Worn or dirty inlet valve or seat.
6. Damaged or leaking float assembly.
7. Particle contamination in inlet fitting cavity.

97 ford f150 4.6 the pipe that gos to heater core hose is leaking. is this pipe pressed in? thanks

The inlet/outlet pipes (tubing) is an integral part of the heater core. If the actual core is leaking, you 'll need to remove and replace or repair the heater core. Be sure it's not the hose that is failing ... alot easier and cheaper to change out a hose and clamps...

Frontload washer leaking from under detergent dispenser

Hello, I worked on a problem like this a few days ago. Your problem is going to be a blockage in the inlet to the drum. To fix this problem find the inlet pipe normally located above the door behid a flap of rubber..push your fingers up there to see if you can feel a blockage..If not your going to have to remove the lid of the machine to access the pipe that leads from the detergent drawer to the tub. Look at the rear top of the machine..You will see three screws....remove them and push back and lift the top panel (lid) now you should be able to access the pipe. Pull the pipe off and clean it out, i suspect you will find a sock blocking the pipe :) If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to comment again. Good Luck! Mike

Inlet Valve leaking

I would try PLUMBER'S GOOP (hardware store) on the copper pipe. Remove it and put a liberal amount of goop on the end about a quarter inch back from the tip -- insert and smooth the goop around the connection -- let it cure for 24 hours -- turn water back on.

Water Freeze to Ice maker

Usually when this occurs it is due to a leaking inlet valve. Replace that and you'll be in good shape.

Water Leak

I have a 2000 that did the same thing. There is a small pipe that comes through the firewall to drain water from the air conditioner coil inside. The water comes out of that pipe and wicks back into the inside. They make a little extender to put on that pipe to take the water away. I fixed it by attaching a small hose to the pipe and putting a little goop around it where it comes through the fire wall.

Leaking water inside

Dear brians933,
If the air conditioner is window / wall mounted please make sure that it is tilted backwards about 3/8 inches. The front side should be upward and the out side portion of the AC downwards. If the drain pipe is blocked the water will leak inside. Please run a stiff wire or thin rod in the drain pipe and then **** the water out please donot blow in, the pipe is getting more blocked this way.
Hope this solve your problem.

Water leaking from refrigerator...

You may have a small hole in the internal water pipe. Possibly from rubbing against the motor.
Take the end of the pipe comming from the back of the fridge (water inlet) and blow as hard as you can into it. If air passes through then you have a leak for sure.
Get a second set of hands to run along the pipe while you blow and you should be able to feel where the air is comming from.

Had this problem years ago with an Americana double door with ice dispenser.
