My mobile has sim no servic problem

SIM no service occurs on 3 Occasions.
1) If your SIM card has been scratched due to wear and tear and the phone is not detecting the SIM card. In this case you need to get your sim replaced.
2) If your network provider has barred your services: If your services are barred then there might be payment issue or something and you need to contact you network provider to resume your services.

3) If your phone is network locked: Most of the cellphones are network locked that means the phone will not accept any other than the one with which you bought the cellphone with. In this case you need to first get your cellphone Unlocked through your network provider (if your contract is over) or third party unlocking websites.
Click the link to unlock your cellphone.

I have a motorola at&t c168i and it has a network pin.. where can i get a pin for free? please i do need a quick reply.. my phone was lost and i do not have any cellphone except this. :(

Your mobile is locked to its network.. You haven't mentioned your network provider to which it is locked. you can unlock it through your network provider itself. Otherwise you can get the network pin from some online providers like TheUnlockspot.com at affordable cost.. You are asking about free service but for some models free service will not be applicable..

Lost cellphone password

Hi,
Due to mobile phone security Issues.
The majority of experts at Fixya, will not offer advice on unlocking mobile phones.
1) If the phone has been Stolen.
2) The phone may be contracted A Mobile Phone Companys Network.
3) The mobile phone may have IMEI Security features.

Solution:- Take the phone to your local mobile phone repair Shop, where if the phone is legally your own. will offer an unlocking service for a Fee.

Help! Please

You can't have it locked without the IMEI number, but your Network Service Provider can give you a new SIM card and Void the other.
Blacklisting:
This is not a security code, but it works like one! To help combat mobile phone thefts, the networks share a database of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of mobile phones that have been reported stolen. Once a phone is on this list, it will not be allowed to use any of the networks.
This can be a risk if you buy a second-hand phone, because if it has been stolen, or if an unscrupulous seller makes an insurance claim after selling, the phone you bought in good faith may be permanently disabled.
Be very careful to check the source of a second-hand phone!
