i already check the door gaskets, freezer and ref compartment. Gaskets are intact. The problem is, when the the ref compartment is empty or less food loaded, there is no presence of moisture, but if the load of ref compartment is full, moisture is start to build up and drift on the divider shelves. Is there's any solution that i should do to prevent the excessive moisture on the ref compartment.

Thanks for helping. But on my experience, the defrostng time/operation will be activated base on the whole 8 hours operation of the compressor not on the 8 hours operation per day. So, my estimate, defrosting will be activated from 2 to 3 days operation of the unit.

Make sure the door seals are in good condition. If the doors do not close and seal properly it will cause moisture to be brought inside the refrigerator and condensate will form. The refrigerator should not be level like you would want. It should have the front leaning back a little to the back wall to keep the doors from opening when you close them. Let me know if this help you, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Your refrigerator should defrost every 8 hours, settings for freezer and food compartment should be set on 5 for both. If the defrost does not work 3 times a day moisture will build up. temp. settings vary for many reasons hot outside temps. and warm food. so adjust until you get proper temperatures. This means you have a defrost problem or a bad door gasket.

We changed our damaged freezer gasket but the top section is still icing up though it does hold the set temperature

Are you sure that the gasket is sealing perfectly all around - a properly installed gasket will minimize air and moisture getting into compartment and minimize icing up.

Refirgdator humidity doors freezing to the bottom of the compartment

You probably have a door not shutting all the way around or the door gasket is damaged or pulled out of guides. Excess icing is normally caused by moisture being drawn into the refrigerator through a small crack.
Hope this helps

Refrigerator door left open for 11 days, now when closed it makes a loud vibrating noise, what could be the cause?

Hi,

Because the door was open a large amount of moisture would have been introduced to the evaporator. This moisture would condensate and freeze behind the back walls and cause ice build up on the fan motors and in the dampers. The best way to bring this back to normal is to turn the frig off for 24 hours with the doors open and food out of it. This will unthaw the ice. If you do not eliminate all the hidden frost and ice the frig will not operate to it's full potential.

Hi, fan may have stuck, but you could have a defrost problem, check defrost heater, thermodisc(defrost thermostat) and defrost timer. or excessive moisture, if your days are hot, or if you put hot foods in ref. could result in excessive ice build up. you can manually defrost it, by unpluging ref. for couple of hrs, until all ice melted. then restart. you make get excessive water on floor. be prepared.

Moisture on refrigerator compartment

not really. It allowes the air inside the box to equalize with the outer air pressure and keep a vacume from forming inside the box and keep the door from opening.
