Head over to http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us. Afterward insert your motherboard's model name (P5PE-VM) into the, "Input Model to Search" box located on the top-left of the page. Now select your motherboard's model name in the list of returned results. Afterward you will be asked to select an OS (Operating System). This is the version of Windows you are currently using. If you're using Vista (regardless of version) you will select, "Vista 32 bit" (Unless of course you're using 64-bit Vista, which is unlikely). If you're using Windows XP (regardless of version) you will obviously select, "WinXP."

After selecting your OS you will be taken to a list of drivers and BIOSes available for your motherboard and its built-in devices.

My dell lan card is not working,i cannot connect to internet.

Either the LAN card is faulty or the LAN driver is not installed and/or not configured properly or the LAN cable is faulty.
Check Device Manager to see if the LAN driver is installed, working and enabled. If not then re-install the LAN card driver.
If the LAN driver won't install or detect the LAN card then it maybe faulty and needs to be replaced.
Try a different LAN cable.
Is all the LEDs on in the modem?
Try rebooting the modem (power it off for 30 secs and power it up again).
