Hi,
It is not connecting to your computer or to the internet?

- I have an Acer Aspire 5100 that will not let me connect to the internet. I have other computers that will connect using the same phone line (I have dial-up). I suspect it is my phone conx in the back of the laptop or the modem. Can I run any diagnostics while not conx to the internet that will tell me where the problem is?- Guest

first connect that device and restart it u will be getting still if ur not getting and then go fordrive cd and reinstall itit will work
