C37 indicates Abnormal transfer belt cam motor.

U need to perform below checking:

(1) Check if the connector of the transfer belt cam motor is not disconnected.
(2) Check if the transfer belt contact/release switch is working properly.
(3) Replace the transfer belt cam motor.
(4) Replace the LGC board.

Error c37 toshiba

Hi Ahmed - I'm not much of a copier tech any more, but I'm pretty good at looking things up.. :)

According to the link I found for you, it indicates a problem with the transfer belt cam motor. One contributor on another site wrote, "I don't have service manual. However you may try this; Press and hold 0 and 3 while turning on the power. Enter code 114. This will make the Transfer belt motor run. Press Clear/Stop to end the test." The page with error codes was found here: http://officeimagingsystems.com/id175.html - your machine is about 2/3 down the page. Another contributor recommended that you, " Examine the transfer Belt to check and clean it,contacts, wires etc.
Use a multimeter to check if belt motor is working or not.
If it works,it means you can have problems with wires, conntacts and LGC board." Other people pointed out it could be failure of the cam motor itself. I hope one of these bits of information leads you to a solution.

Finally, if you don't have a service manual for it, I found one you can download for free at http://www.feedroller.com/Store/Service%20Manual/SERVICE_MANUAL.PDF Best wishes -

Hi:

If you hold down the clr and 8 keys together a alpha numeric code will appear in the upper right corner of the display. I would need this to diagnose further.

Hello, I turn on my Toshiba E-Studio 166 Photocopy Machine and it shows an Error Code C 41, please how can I fix this problem?

Poor contact of the fuser drawer connector may cause the following
error codes: C41~C46, C4A, CD5, E01, E03. To correct this issue, a
spacer (see SPL p25 item 1 attached) has been added between the
fuser connector and the frame; also the springs (see SPL p24 item 8
attached) have been changed to provide more tension.
This change has been applied since January 2003 production:

I have 2 problems with my toshiba 550. service code CD3 and SPC

The CD3 error is related to the recycled toner unit. the recycled toner is backed up/clogged.
Toshiba made a parts change to the design of the recycle toner unit by replacing a bushing with a roller bearing and a seal. depending on how old your copier is it may or may not have this modification. The copier firmware/software also needs to be updated to the most current version and along with that there are a few internal settings that need to be adjusted.
If you are unable to do any of the above then try this - (it will get rid of the problem short term) clean/vacuum out the toner recycle unit.
If you open the front cover of the copier you will a white plastic pipe sitting at about a 45 degree angle (below the toner cartridge) - this is the pipe that leads to the recycle unit on the right. The whole unit needs to be removed and taken apart and cleaned, inside and out, including the pipe.
The SPC code is related to this issue and should also go away.
Hope this helps.

Check the control status of the surface potential sensor (05-242).
<When “4” is displayed: sensor error>
The sensor detection value is abnormal or the sensor output value is not changed even though
the main charger bias value is changed.

Is the connector of the surface potential sensor connected properly?

Is the main charger grid/wire attached poorly?
Is the main charger attached poorly?
Are leaks and such occurring?

Sharp AR651 C37 error

The C37 means a "transfer belt operation error". The transfer belt lift motor is faulty. More than likely the now bad motor has affected the board that drives it, so the logic board would need to be replaced at the same time.

Try 08-600 sub code of 2. This is a reanitilazation of the HDD it may help you out. If it errors and does't tell you to reboot then your hdd is shot. after this code you will lose all fax presets and templates stored on machine. also just try a reboot.
