The only place you will find those codes, are in the back of the owner's manual. There is usually a general procedure to find a code that works, if they don't show the make and model number in the manual.
If you don't have the manual, I'm sure it on their website.
Others to try:
10748, 10879, 10767, 10890, 11991, 10889
To program your remote:
Turn on your TV
Using the code list, find the first five digit code that is listed next to the name brand of the TV that is to be programmed
On the Comcast remote, press and release the TV key
On the Comcast remote, press and hold the SETUP key until the TV mode key blinks twice then release the SETUP key
On the Comcast remote, enter the first listed five digit code Note: If this number is entered correctly and is an accepted TV code, the TV mode key will blink twice. If the code is entered incorrectly or is not an accepted TV code, the TV mode key displays one long blink and exits programming mode
Aim the remote control at the TV and press the POWER key once
The TV should turn OFF - if it did not turn off, repeat steps 1-6 with the next TV code listed, until a working code is found
Try these codes: 670,646 The steps for programming these remotes are below: 1.) Hold down the aux button until all four mode buttons are lit. 2.) Enter the three digit code and press pound (#) If those codes fail try the steps below they are for what is called a Power Scan. This should resolve this unless there is a compatibility issue. 1.) Press and release the large red Power button. 4.) Press the Up button once a second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment. If the code for the equipment comes up, the equipment will power off. Press the POUND (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times. To verify the code works try several different functions for that equipment.
There should be a "cheat sheet" on the inside of the battery compartment on the comcast remote, if not, simply contact a Comcast customer service tech and they should be able to walk you through programming your device. Most of the time there is a universal code (9,9,0,0) or something similar. Your best bet is to contact your cable operator.
When programming your Comcast universal remote for your TV, the programming guide states that you should enter the 4-digit code provided for your equipment, and if you did it correctly, the TV button will blink twice.
What you have to do is put a "1" in front of your 4-digit code, making your code a 5-digit code. For instance, the code for my Panasonic is listed as 0250. I tried and tried. Then I entered 10250 and it worked perfectly the first time. I did it again to make sure I wasn't seeing things, and it worked.
