Will trackball model 64215 work on Windows 7?

The last operating system that allows a Kensington Expert Mouse 5.0 Model 64215 to work properly is Windows XP. Kensington refuses to update their MouseWorks software in order to make it compatible with Windows Vista or 7. The mouse WILL work, but only with basic functionality, i.e., no programmable buttons, and the pointer moves crazy slow...

I recently tried to use it on a new laptop. Is this product Vista compatible?

is that a wireless mouse? does it run on bluetooth or RF? if that is a wired mouse, then it should be a plug and play device. if it's a wireless, a vista compatible driver needs to be reinstalled.

Kensington slimblade presenter mouse is not syncing to laptop

Get onto the Kengsington Website and download the latest driver if it is newer than yours:

I had a look there and it says it is compatible with XP and Vista which makes me think it will only work on 32 bit operating systems. If the latest driver they have doesn't work then have alook through their FAQs, or contact them - it is possible that they haven't developed a 64 bit driver.

I am having trouble connecting my Kensington Si670m wireless mouse to my lenovo R61i laptop.

Two things that might be able to help you would be to make sure that the OS (Operating System) is either Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP. It may or may not work on Vista.

Also check for the updated drivers for the mouse. Your mouse should have came with a disc, make sure you run that as well.
