Question about Arrow FASTENER CO T50XP "NAIL SET ATTACHMENT" STAPLE GUN
Staple gun for Arrow T50 will not work. Have two of these. Put staples in and staples will not come out. Have used these for years. We know we have the right staples. Can't take apart. Have no directions. Don't see any signs of staples being jammed.
The staples are held together with an epoxy. I have used staples that are older than 10 years. The problem is the gun. Check for dirt or a burk in the magazine as well as a bent pusher blade. My gun also had a problem loosing a screw and nut that attached at the blade guide.

Pinch the clip located on the end of the Magazine Unit Pull out the Magazine Unit Remove jammed staples from the channel. You may need to use long-nosed pliers . Make certain that you are using correct size staples. Close Magazine Unit.

Unplug it. If you can see the driver jammed against the staple, take a screwdriver end and try to push the driver back in and the staple should be released. If you can't get the driver to go in and release the staple, you'll have to disassemble it to clear the jam, If you need help with that, see the instructions for the current model here, page three, diagram 3, cleaning the magazine.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
