First download Xilisoft MP4 Convertor or DVD To PSP from www.xilisoft.com. Convert your DVD to MP4 format. Connect PSP via USB to your PC. When it connects. Select Video folder. Copy and Paste inside the folder. Disconnect. Select Video on your PSP and done. Note that your memory stick needs to be of sufficient size.

You have a memory stick right if you do then you try to stick the memory card properly in if that doesn't work you might need to download another video like avi, or a wmp.

Since YouTube videos is FLV or MP4 format, which might be not compatible with PSP, you need additional converter to make the downloaded video work with your PSP.
You just need two tools: Leawo Free YouTube Downloader and Leawo Free FLV Converter. This is the tutorial that guides you how to download YouTube videos to PSP with the above two tools - http://www.leawo.com/video/youtube-psp.html
