I have a Gateway zx4351. Can I upgrade to a dedicated video card from my GeForce 9200?

It is possible... Yes.

Is it worth it... Maybe the ram upgrade to 8GB is worth the money...

Also, some all in one computers are very hard to even figure out how to open. You better make sure you can do it before you try. You also might want to check if opening the case voids your warranty too.

Has a 2.0 cpu,can i upgrade it to a 2.8cpu.And how to tell if the motherboard will support it

The first thing to do would be to look up the specs of the original chip on the manufacturer's website and see what socket that is is; if it's an intel, it is likely to be a 775. The new chip must be a 775, and be compatible with your old RAM; again on the manufacturer's site. You might also need to upgrade the power supply, as if it is an older one, it might not provide the necessary power.
Good luck.

Processor upgrade

You have a P4 Processor.... a 3.0 was the fastest. I would not upgrade the processor. You can however upgrade the Motherboard if you can do it yourself. That will take you to a SATA Hard Drive system and allow you to afford some faster RAM and Cheeper RAM.

Another option: get 1 gig of ram, new Hard Drive and Win7. Speed improvement will be double.

Upgrade from 600 MHz to 1 GhZ

According to this review, you can upgrade as far as a 2 GHz P4-M at least; http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,669029,00.asp Other than that, i have been unable to find the details of your motherboard - if you can post the make and model (should be printed on it somewhere) then I would hope to find a more complete list of compatible and incompatible processors. Gateway themselves no longer offer online info or support for this model, but the motherboard details should enable me to find out what you need to know. Waiting for your post :)
