Question about Admiral AW22 Top Load Washer
Put load of jeans in washer. Washer began filling, but never stopped. Checked machine approximatley 20 minutes later to find water all over the floor and flowing over the top of the tub. Any solutions? Purchased washer 11/02.
Remove the control console cover. Find the water level switch.
It has a small tube attached to it.
Remove the tube and blow air through it. It is probably stopped up. Reattach it to the water level switch.
Look over the length of the tube and may sure it is not pinched.
Set the washer to spin and run spin for about 1 minute.
Then run water on a lower level and see if it shuts off.
If not replace the water level switch.
