I bought yahoo messenger phone out service and cannot use it. please can you cancel it. My name is Ebere Irrechukwu and ui used my credit card to purchase it this evening. the charge was 10dollars and since i cannot use it, i need to dispute it
Dude 1st u have to buy phone in and then phone out if u will buy phone out 1st then it will show please verify your account so 1st buy phone in service and the phone out and pls do not use ur that id in which u bought phone in before use new one..
