I cant lift the tyre prints from outside the shop or the ramp. please please help

aluminium ramps are available from auto parts shops at a reasonable price
they will carry up to 100 kgs per ramp and can be used for motor bikes , lawn mowers etc
check them out to see if they are suitable

if this is an independent suspension vehicle then wheel alignment adjustment is by shims normally under the upper control arm mounting bolts.. (Possibly by the eccentric washes on the bottom bolts) By lifting the body it has effectively given the steering tow out the steering connecting rods are now shorter as the body has been lifted) and that is what causes wear on the inside of the tyres. The tyres are in fact pointing out at the front and are being dragged sideways as they rotate.. Find an accredited wheel alignment shop with an operator that is familiar with aligning raised vehicles and the tyre wear problem will disappear. unfortunately when tyres developer a wear pattern they will retain that wear patter even after an alignment so be prepared for new front tyres as well.

Error Description: Error 42, Lift Position Value Out of Range. Error 42 is displayed when the lift position reported by the lift position potentiometer is found to be outside its set limits.
If an Error 42 has occurred, it is important to know the physical position of the lift when the error occurred. It is possible the lift is physically out of range or jammed. In this case, the Error 42 is a secondary symptom and the issue should be approached as an Error 40. Possible Reason:

1. Bad or intermittent connection in the lift motor controller.
2. The lift motor requires calibration.
3. The lift motor potentiometer is bad.
4. The lower PCA to upper PCA cable is bad.
5. The lower PCA is bad.
6. The upper PCA is bad.

Recommended Action:

1. Intermittent connections can be difficult to locate. If the Error 42 condition is intermittent, a connection issue is probably the cause. This is definitely true if the Error 42 occurred while the lift was within its normal physical range. Inspect the lift potentiometer connector and repair connection if necessary. If the intermittent connection cannot be found or corrected, replace the lift motor. A lift calibration number of 0 or 255 indicates an open or shorted potentiometer connection. This means the problem could be anywhere between the lift motor and the upper PCA. Typically it can be identified and tracked using an ohmmeter.
2. Using the appropriate service manual for the unit being tested, refer to the lift calibration procedure. If the information in the service manual doesn't match the lift position/physical lift position of the unit, recalibrate the lift motor. [Something caused the lift motor to be out of calibration. Investigate for cause and correct. Simply recalibrating the lift motor will not solve the problem.]
3. If the lift calibration number is not 0 or 255 and does not change when the lift motor turns, replace the lift motor.
4. Check continuity of the interconnect cable or swap with a known good interconnect cable to verify if cable is bad.
5. Swap the lower PCA with a known good lower PCA to verify if the lower PCA is bad.
6. Swap the upper PCA with a know good upper PCA to verify if the upper PCA is bad.

best talk with a tyre shop on this one as they will have tyres there that will fit the 20" rims and give the clearance that you want for your car. Rim off set is important and they should have this information in catalogues. Listen to tyre shops specialists and not your "mates" as your life depends on the selection of the tyres and rims

It is an alignment problem caused by you raising the vehicle 2" Have the toe in adjusted to positive and have the camber reset to positive as well. As you raise the vehicle you shorten the tie rod end making the tyres point out and the tyres will also lean more out at the top causing the tyres to scrub on the outsides. Unfortunately because you have run the tyres in this condition they will continue to wear in the same pattern after an alignment so you will be up for 2 new tyres. to fix the problem properly

Can you take the van to a local family owned shop near by that could hook them up for you reasonably? Google the manufacture and contact them or take it too a dodge garage? The wiring from the motor should be very basic, like 1-3 wires and not costly or time consuming to hook back up. What brand lift do you have? The more info you give us, the more help we can be!

balljoints squeak when they dry out, and bushes can squeak when perished. Most likely mounting bushes on the front struts near the bottom or the wishbone bushes and balljoints.

A tyre depot should be able to track the culprit down using a bar for leverage with the car on a lift ramp.

On the outside of the tyre it will tell you the size - probably 12" by 2.25 or similar. If it is then you can by a new 12" inner tube from any good bicycle shop and they might even install it for you.

This is normally due to mal inflating of the tyre.
Apart from this a complete alignment (for all wheels), will show whether there is a problem with the geometry of the car or it is just the wheel.
