when you remove the cutter block is there a white nylon fixture atop the vibrating mechanism? this nylon piece snaps on the vibrating rod and the cutter snaps into the nylon fixture.

If you are referring to the hkvac2000, it is a clipperstyle shaver, where the blades, because of the cutting action, do not generally need to be replaced. I have checked on the Remington website, and they do not sell any spare part blades for this model. To se what all comes with the shaver... comb sizes etc, check out the user manual for the device here

This problem is because the shaver has not been thoroughly cleaned. There is a build-up of hair particles where the screen snaps onto the shaver which is preventing it from latching into place. Clean it thoroughly and it should be fine

If you are certain that it is thoroughly cleaned and still have problems, your screen is worn and will need replaced. You will find replacements for model F7790 at shaveroutlet.com. See link below
