Question about Avaya PARTNER RELEASE 7 RAC-REM ACCESS CARD (700317035) Server
I have an Avaya Partner 308 R3 system with the original 4 user x 10 minute PCMCIA Voice Mail Card that just died. I picked up a 509 R7 with 400EC, 4 Port Card for voice mail and a 2 slot carrier. I don't need 9 outside lines. Do I need to install the 400 for any reason if I am using the Partner VS mail system? Due to space constraints, I would rather not get a 5 slot carrier, but would like to pick up a 012 or 308EC for the extra extensions. Thanks for your assistance. Mitch
You don't need the 400 module for the voicemail. Therefore, you also don't need the 2 slot carrier either.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
