How do we program out fax to where page 1 is on top

It prints multiple pages in reverse order. How does one change that so that Page 1 comes out on top.


Most inkjet printers print the first page on the bottom, second page on top, etc. To get the first page on top, you can check the "print in reverse order" in the printer setup dialog.

Fax driver missing


Microsoft Office 2010 has a feature that lets you send Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files as Internet faxes. This feature relies on having the Windows Fax Printer Driver or Fax Services installed on the computer to send the faxes. The Windows Fax feature is not enabled by default for all editions of Windows. If your edition of Windows includes the driver or service, you must install it before you can send Internet faxes.
Which operating system are you using? Windows 7
  1. In Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Programs and Features.

Note In Classic view, double-click Programs and Features.

  1. Click Turn Windows features on or off.
  2. In the Windows Features dialog box, under Print and Document Services, select the Windows Fax and Scan check box.
  3. Click OK.

  2. Right-click Roles, and then click Add Roles.
  3. In the Add Roles Wizard, under Select Server Roles, click Fax Server role.

Note If Print Services are not installed, you are prompted to install it.

Quite often (80% of the time) when I receive a fax (letter size) the very bottom is cut off and so I get 2 pages instead of just the one. Doesn't happen all the time but comes from different companies so...


you need to set fax for "auto reduction". press "menu", then "2", "1" and "5". using arrow keys select "on" then press "ok". that should take care of the problem.

you cannot control PAGINATION, have the sender reverse the order of sending.

change your resolution from fine to super fine and make a copy to verify your fax machine"s scanner operation.

Print too low from top of page


1-either the paper is not picking up in time
2-you need to change setting or scale

check the manual
