Alright, I haven't fully tested this out yet because I have Windows Media Player 11, so I'd have to do alot to get testing.. Any way, seems simple enough.. I'm not sure if it works. But, it's from the Philips site. So, maybe it does. Just follow the instructions on the page. Hope it helps.

Audio, video and image files are copied/transferred to the MP3 player from a computer using the supplied USB cable that is connected to your computer.
Most MP3 players will support photo with these file formats, jpg, bmp and gif.
Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. Song's won't load, even though the files show

Yeah, the songs are in the wrong format for your player. There are some DRM-protected songs that allow you to play the song on your computer, but they won't actually play on an mp3 player even though they appear to transfer. If you download ALL of your songs in mp3 format, you will never have this problem.

File format not supported

Try downloading the songs into another simliar MP3. If it does not work means that the file format is really not supported. What you can do is to Google Free MP3 convertor.
