If the picture is on the internet and has an URL, you can add it to your signature. I don't think you can add a picture from your files. Please let me know if you have a picture on the internet, we can link that to your e mail.

I have searched on the msn website and the help topics. It doesn't give you the option to put pictures in the e-mail signature. I believe, if you create a profile in yahoo or msn live it'll let you upload a profile picture. We can use that link to attach it to your e-mail. Let me know if this works for you... :)

I need a tool to convert ost to pst or tool extract mailbox from exchange 2003 edb file?

Couple things you may do, first one guide below, second: if you can't move ost to pst make use of https://osttopst.recoverytoolbox.com/ Recovery Toolbox for Outlook
  1. Launch Outlook. Log in to your Exchange email server to view the contents of your OST file.
  2. In Outlook, click "File," then "Import and Export."
  3. Click "Export to a file" and "Next."
  4. Click "Personal Folder File (.PST)" and "Next."
  5. Click "Personal Folders" at the top of the list, then click "Include subfolders." This will export everything in your OST file into a PST file. Click the appropriate categories in the list if you want to export only certain data such as your contacts. Click "Next."
  6. Click the "Browse" button. Navigate to a folder on your hard drive where you want to store your PST file. Type a file name and hit "Enter." Choose how you wish possible duplicate items to be managed.
  7. Click "Finish.

How to digitally sign and fax an electronic document

There are wide-spread situations when a just received contract via fax internet service is supposed to be signed and faxed back. Or there's an electronic document needed to be printed on paper, hand-signed, then scanned and sent by fax. That process is time consuming and returns users to paperwork that they are trying so hard to avoid.
Popfax is working hard to achieve that perfect paperless fax service and now it is eliminating paper from the loop by providing its users with incorporated Digital signature tool that allows capturing signature directly on the electronic document without requiring paper or ink.

How to digitally sign a fax online

The first step is to create a digital image of a signature - there are multiple ways of doing that:

Option #1. Upload signature
1. Scan signature using a scanner device or take a photo using a smartphone or tablet.
2. Save the image file in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, GIF and max file size of 8MB.
3. Upload the saved signature file to Popfax account.

Option #2. Draw signature
The draw feature allows user to draw his signature directly in the Popfax interface.

Option #3. Type signature
User can type his name and/or surname in one of 4 available fonts and use it as signature for documents and faxes signing.

Option #4. Upload signature by email
Upload signature by sending an email with an image attached to sign@popfax.com from the email address registered in the Popfax account. Subject and Body of the email can be empty.
Signature Editor allows to crop, rotate and adjust threshold of the created signature image.

The second step involves putting the e-signature image into the document. Also it is possible to insert the Date and as free text the company details like: name, address, contact phone number, email, etc.

The last step is sending the Signed document by fax by clicking on "Save and send by fax".

Sign faxes digitally on iPhone and iPad
With Popfax, user has one account, with one login that he can access from his tablet, smartphone, desktop and laptop, online and by email.
The fax app for iOS supports digital signature and documents editing. iPhone and iPad users can install the last 4.0.0 version of Popcompanion fax software for iOS and start to:
  • edit and sign faxes both sent from or received in Popfax account, and resend them to any fax number.
  • create signatures by drawing, taking a picture or selecting a photo with a signature from photo library; or use signatures previously saved in section "Signatures" of Popfax account.
  • create editable documents by taking a picture with camera, browsing them from photo library or from other applications by using function "Open With".
*All these functions can be used in offline mode.

Go mobile, Go paperless with Popfax >
Start sending, receiving, storing and signing faxes from any device.

Cannot copy and paste in Google Documents in Opera browser (Mac)

Apparently its Steve Jobs whose giving you a lot of issues with non apple products. The fact that they want to Block usage of Java applications is already an indication that they are not friendly with open source products. The copy paste issue in opera is really a problem that has not yet been well addressed by the design people. From where I sit, if there is no real urgent need to fire up Opera when you could use Firefox or Safari for handling google docs. I myself use FF3.xx for googleDocs... That may be the best Work Around you can do with this problem. You can also try the MacUser sites even the ones being espoused by Steve. and ofcourse, consult the Opera forums if somebody has resolved the issue...?

Im trying to copy text from ms word and burn it to dvd with no luck i have downloaded various softwarw programmes but still no good .please help

Once you copy (text, picture etc) from any file, You need to paste it somewhere before you can burn it. Once you copy something, computer holds it on something called a clipboard till you paste it to another document. This new document can be a notepad or another word file. So, once the copy is done, open note pad or an MS office new file and paste it on to that. Save this new file with any name (abc.txt or abc.doc for example). Now you can burn it to a CD or DVD. To burn, open the CD burning software. Start new data project, drag abc.doc or abc.txt file to the window at the bottom. click burn.

What is the importance of inserting pictures in microsoft word 2203

I hope you mean 2003 or I missed something

Inserting pictures is useful if the document is going to be shown to others. You could insert a picture or pictures showing how to do a particular task. That would aid the people to learn the task.

Or if you wanted to send more than just a plain old sheet of paper you could insert clip art or borders or more to maybe convey that thought had gone into a letter.

Using the drawing tools it is possible to make up technical drawings (these would not be the same level as CAD). I have used that myself pretty widely.

The drawing tools themselves allow you to add more than just shapes but to use differing shapes to build up some quite complex drawings if you wish

If you were using word to send a fax that needed a picture and you have a scanner then that becomes very useful.

For most users imagination is the only limit

Hope this gives you an idea

I WANT TO ADD ART TO MY OUTGOING E-MAILS. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD SMILEYS OR OTHER PICTURES OR SYMBOLS TO CERTAIN E-MAILS FOR AN AOL CARRIER

If you have Word or most any other word processing program you can add clip-art that comes with it to the word-processor and copy/paste it into your email. MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL CLIENT IS SET TO COMPOSE IN HTML (not plain text). Which email client do you use?
