I dont have my installaion cd were can iget one, or download it?

the c.d. has your sync software and outlook express, you can download activesync(google it) that should get you started. hope this helps.

www.palm.com should have the downloads for PALM DESKTOP.

I dont have a softwre to sync my PDA with my pc


there is no such thing as a benq pc suite...

the cd only contains trial version of
pocket outlook <--------- this cannot be downloaded anymore due to the release of the new windows mobile office
presentation dx (pocket point beta) <---- you can download this at....www.download.com
pocket version of adobe reader <---- you can download this at www.adobe.com

if you need the program for syncing the device do the following:

if your pc is windows vista you dont need the active sync sotware by microsoft... because there is a preinstalled software included with the os... (its called windows device center found in control panel)

if you're using windows xp (all versions except x64) here are the download link of Microsoft Active Sync...

active sync 4.2 (support for almost all xp formats xp, 2003, sp1, media center)

I cannot used my Blackberry with my computer. It always requested for installaion CD or administrator setup.

I dont have the installation CD for TYTN. I cannot connect my htc TyTn to my computer any help please


You shouldnt need the instalation cd for windows, If you are running xp then you need to download and install active sync from here

If you are running vista then active sync wont work you will need to download Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 abailable here

Took my tom tom apart to fix it now its asking me for product code to activate my maps but i dont have it as i brought it second hand


Your TomTom product code can be found on one of these places:
  • In HOME do one of the following:
    • HOME 1.x: Click Explore from the Options menu, then double-click on the downloadable map
    • HOME 2.x: Click Show contents of my device, then expand Maps and then click More info.
  • on the 'productcode card' in your TomTom box;
  • in your CD jewel case, behind your CD;
  • in your CD box, behind CD 2;
if you dont have anything there it may be possible to contact TomTom directly with the issue of

I would suggest contacting TomTom or creating an acct with them to see if more options are available to you to resolve this issue.
