Question about Motorola Mobility S9 Headphones

Cannot get S9 to connect to phone or computer

I just received the S9, charged it and went to connect it to my cell phone (Motorola K1), but it does not recognize the headset. The blue light is flashing on the headset, but it doens't appear on the list of bluetooth items on my cell phone or laptop. Am I skipping a step? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance! Have a blessed day!

From Falvey86: Hold the headset start button for about 10 to 20 seconds, the lights will start flashing red and blue, then the search for Bluetooth devices from phone and it will appear as: S9. press "connect", a window will appear, place the password "0000", that should do the trick!!!!

Trying to connect motorola s9hd to the laptop

assuming you have bluetooth installed on your laptop,
1) you have to disable the bluetooth pairing of your s9 with another device that you may have paired with it earlier - like a mobile phone. disconnect previously paired devices first.
2) turn on the bluetooth feature on your pc and ask it to "search" for devices. assuming your s9 is on standby, your pc should be able to "locate" and pair with it assuming the s9 is within an arms length distance from the computer.
3) make sure that the s9 is completely charged to eliminate that power issues as well
