Question about Hamat 3-3369PC Ergo Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Joystick Handle and Match...

1 Answer

Joystick Handle keeps falling off.

Anytime you shut off the water by pulling on the joystick handle, the handle itself comes off. I've check the fixture and the spring and hardware all align, but I don't see anything that holds the handle in the base unit. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.

Ok look on the handle and you will see maybe a red and blue piece of plastic(or black).  that comes off ans there should be a set screw inside allen key.

Wheelchair doesnt move no power to handle

Larry check the joystick cable connector at the rear of the chair to make sure it didn't come unplgged. If you have a digital voltmeter set it to 200v dc and plug the leads into the 2 outter holes on the charger port located under the front of the joystick. You should read the current battery voltage fully charged 25-27 volts. If you have a reading then the problem is the on/off switch if you have no reading then you have a electrical circuit problem in the wiring and will have to then remove the seat and the cover over the batteries. Once you can see the batteries and the cables check that none of the cables disconnected from each other. The M51 's cables do sometimes come loose. If they all are connected check the fuses located on the positive post of each battery and check that the cables are tight to each post. If all of these are correct then you might have a bad on/off switch button on the joystick itself. They have a metallic coating under the buttons that make contact with the circuit board and can wear off. Hope this helps you

Unable to get my joystick to operate

Hi, As the Force 3D does not have any indicator lights or LED's. When the joystick is powered and detected by the computer, the handle will self center and there will be resistance when you move it. When the joystick is not detected or is not getting power from the A/C adapter, the handle will not be centered and will be loose. In this case, first check to make sure that the power supply is plugged into a working power outlet.
--> If this does not happen then you should directly contact logitech for replacement as this is an hardware failure.
Otherwise all the troubleshooting for this issue is explain here: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=227
This should solve your issue ! Please check as well if your operating system is supported: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/486/2965?WT.z_sp=Image
If it's not in the list then your OS is unfortunalty not supported. Thanks and have a nice day

I recently purchased logitec extreme 3d pro joystick and a user manual did not come with it. How do I get one?

Did you purchase it open-box or second-hand? If so, you shouldn't be surprised at the lack of a manual. If you bought it new, it may not have come with one.

I personally have one of these joysticks, but I bought it so long ago that I can't remember if it came with a manual or not.

Either way, there really isn't much need for a manual for this joystick. It doesn't have any very advanced features that would require a manual. It's very simple to use:

  1. Plug it in to an open USB port on your computer.
  2. It should be automatically detected by your operating system. If not, you may have a defective joystick or a defective USB port. Try the joystick in another USB port. If the problem persists, check Logitech's website.
  3. In Windows, click Start->Control Panel->Game Controllers. You should see the joystick listed. Select it and click Properties.
  4. It should open a new window to the "Test" tab, where you can make sure all the buttons work. I suggest you click on the "Settings" tab at the top left.
  5. Click "Calibrate..." and follow the prompts. It'll ask you to keep the joystick centered and press a button on the joystick (use one of the side buttons such as 11 or 12 so that you don't inadvertently move the joystick from center).
  6. Then it'll ask you to move the joystick in complete circles. Do this several times and advance to the next step.
  7. It'll ask you to move the throttle slider up and down. Do this several times and advance to the next step.
  8. It'll ask you to set the "Z-rotation," which is the left/right twist of the handle. Do this several times.
  9. It'll ask you to center it and press a button. See step 5 above.
Now the joystick should be calibrated and ready for use. If you have multiple game controllers, you may want to click the "Advanced" tab back in the Game Controllers window and make sure the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro is selected as the preferred device.

Now start whatever game you want to use it with. You'll probably have to configure what you want the buttons on your joystick to do within the game; follow the instructions that came with the game.

Pretty simple, and like I said, there are no advanced macro functions or anything like that for this joystick.
